Cunning Grid provides shopper journey mapping and related trade marketing insight engagements. Descriptions on this site are summaries; executed scopes are defined in written statements of work or order confirmations.

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content in bulk, or use automated means that degrade performance. You agree not to upload unlawful or infringing materials through contact forms.

Site content, marks, and design assets are owned by Cunning Grid or licensors. Client deliverables are governed by separate agreements; unless stated, no transfer of IP occurs through browsing alone.

To the fullest extent permitted under the law of the Republic of Korea, Cunning Grid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from site use. Aggregate liability for site-related claims is limited to KRW 100,000 unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Incheon shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer protections that may apply to you.

We may suspend or terminate access where misuse is detected or where required by law. Provisions that reasonably should survive (IP, liability limits) remain in effect.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless mandatory law requires explicit consent.
