Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to professional services and advisory engagements sold by Cunning Grid where fees are stated in KRW on proposals or order forms.
2. Eligibility window
For services not yet commenced, you may request cancellation within 14 days of payment unless fieldwork scheduling has already incurred non-refundable costs disclosed in writing.
3. Full vs. partial refunds
If work has not started and no committed third-party costs exist, we refund the full amount. If partially delivered, refunds are prorated against completed milestones and sunk costs.
4. Non-refundable items
Retailer access fees, travel already booked, rush printing, or custom equipment rentals are generally non-refundable once purchased on your behalf with approval.
5. Process
Email billing@cunning-grid.digital with engagement reference, reason, and domestic transfer coordinates. We confirm receipt within three business days.
6. Timing and method
Approved refunds are initiated within 14 business days via KRW electronic transfer. International wires may take longer depending on intermediary partners.
7. Korean consumer notes
Nothing here limits mandatory rights under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other applicable Korean consumer regulations. For disputes, you may also use recognized mediation channels available in Korea.
